It really is ALMOST over.

Justine's Internship ends this week! She will have 400+ hours done and will no longer have to drive to Ogden three to five times a week. Which is good and bad. I'm not sure that the car would make it much longer driving through the canyon. The bad; She isn't sure what she is going to do now that its over.

Here are some memories of events of her internship. We did not take these pictures, because we never had our camera with us. So the really nice people at the Weber-Morgan Health Department were able to give her some so that she would have something
tangible to show to for it.

This one is of a tobacco free event. The tobacco team was able to pass an ordinance for smoke free parks and public places. She is filling and giving out balloons to those who were able to come to the event.

Children's Health Connection was a two day event that Justine was able to teach children about being safe, nutrition, and facts about tobacco. The event was put in place for low income families to come take their children to get their hair cut, ears and eyes checked and such things as that. It was cool to talk to all of the kids.

Safe Kids Day was one of the first things that Justine was able to do for her internship. This a picture of the booth that she and Kristin, the other intern at the WMHD. Lots of prizes were given out and fun things for the kids to do.

She was able to do gain a lot of experience and have a lot of fun doing it. She will miss it.
